Service Description

A slow-paced practice combining gentle yoga poses, breath work and strengthening & stretching the entire body through flowing sequences and held postures. This class is an invitation to relax, unwind and de-stress while learning/refining the fundamentals of yoga.

Cancellation Policy

All members understand and agree to respect the timings of Yoga classes and perfectly committed to obey the rules to follow the time of practice . Late cancellation will charge $20 fine which has to submit before the next session .
