Service Description

Traditional Hot Yoga is a series of 28 postures performed in a precise order, in a room heated to 42°C to help cleanse the body and warm the muscles. This class systematically works the entire body, concentrating on the essence of every organ, bone, joint, muscle, ligament, tendon, blood vessel, nerve and gland.

Cancellation Policy

All members understand and agree to respect the timings of Yoga classes and perfectly committed to obey the rules to follow the time of practice . Late cancellation will charge $20 fine which has to submit before the next session .
